*The Reception opening times are:
Sunday/Monday/ Thursday 08.00 - 24.00
Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 09.00-13.00 & 16.00 - 20.00
Saturday 10.00-18.00
If a client arrives late they leave an envelope with the clients name outside of the reception with the apartment number, and the keys and gate code are in the apartment. There is also a notice on the reception window giving their emergency number. Additionally the supermarket of the complex stays open late and they also have the key code.
